葉教授現為香港科技大學（科大）校長、晨興生命科學教授及分子神經科學國家重點實驗室主任。 她在哈佛大學獲得藥理學博士學位後，在紐約Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc.擔任高級科學家。 自1993年加入科大以來，她曾擔任副校長（研究及發展）、理學院院長、生物科技研究所所長和生物化學系主任。

葉教授因其對神經科學領域的重大貢獻而享譽世界。她出色的研究成果產生了328篇科學論文和70項專利。 她的卓越工作得到了眾多著名獎項和榮譽認可，包括歐萊雅-聯合國教科文組織女性科學獎、國家自然科學獎、《自然》科學雜誌「中國科學之星」和法國政府頒發的國家榮譽勳章。 葉教授獲選為中囯科學院院士、美國國家科學院院士、世界科學院院士、美國藝術與科學院院士和香港科學院院士，進一步印證了她的傑出成就。

Professor Ip is currently the President, The Morningside Professor of Life Science, and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Molecular Neuroscience at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She received her PhD degree in Pharmacology from Harvard University, after which she held the position of Senior Staff Scientist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. in New York. Since joining HKUST in 1993, she has served as the Vice-President for Research and Development, Dean of Science, Director of the Biotechnology Research Institute, and Head of the Department of Biochemistry.

Professor Ip is world-renowned for her significant contributions to the field of neuroscience. Her outstanding research has resulted in 328 scientific papers and 70 patents. The excellence of her work has been recognized through numerous prestigious awards and honors including the L’OREAL-UNESCO for Women in Science Award, the National Natural Science Awards, 10 Science Stars of China by Nature, and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite (National Order of Merit) by the French Government. As a further testament to her distinguished achievements, Ip has been elected to the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the US National Academy of Sciences, the World Academy of Sciences, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Hong Kong Academy of Sciences

梁振英為專業測量師，畢業於香港理工學院及英國布里斯托理工學院。在英國、香港、山東省及澳門等地六所大學獲頒授榮譽博士學位。
1979 年加入現代化協會，並於 1982 年出任會長。自七十年代末參與中國內地土地使用及住房制度改革，並於1988 年國家修改憲法後義務協助上海及其他內地城市批 租出地。
1984 年至 1997 年間，參與香港特別行政區籌備工作的全 過程。
1997 年至 2011 年任行政會議成員，並於 1999 年至 2011年間任行政會議非官守議員召集人。
2012-2017 年任香港特別行政區第四任行政長官。2017 年三月至今任中國人民政治協商會議全國委員會副主席。
是共享基金會、一帶一路國際合作香港中心、大灣區香港 中心、大灣區國際信息科技協會、中醫藥全產業鏈香港中心、香港航商總會等社會組織及廣州南沙民心港人子弟學校的創辦人；同時為廣東、海南、福建、新疆、寧夏和青島各地與香港之間的諮詢委員會顧問。

Mr. Leung Chun-ying is a professional surveyor by training, graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic and Bristol Polytechnic UK. He holds Honorary Doctorate degrees conferred by six universities in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Shandong and Macao.

Mr. Leung joined the Association of Experts for Modernization in 1979 and became its President in 1982. Since the late 1970s, Mr. Leung had participated in the land and housing reforms in the Mainland of China and helped prepare the first land sales in Shanghai and other cities after China's constitution was amended in 1988.
Between 1984 and 1997, Mr. Leung held senior positions to oversee the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Between 1997 and 2011, Mr. Leung was a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong and was the Convenor of the non-official members between 1999 and 2011.
Mr. Leung was the fourth-term Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 2012 to 2017. Since March 2017, he has been a Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference – a deputy state leadership position.
Mr. Leung is the founder of several not-for-profit organisations including the GX Foundation, Belt and Road Hong Kong Centre, Bay Area Hong Kong Centre, Greater Bay Area International Information Technology Industry Association, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) All-sector Hong Kong Centre, Hong Kong Chamber of Shipping and the Minxin Hong Kong School (Guangzhou Nansha). He is also advisor to several B2G
Advisory Committees between Hong Kong and Mainland provinces,  autonomous regions and cities including Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Xinjiang, Ningxia and Qingdao.

陳美寶女士於2024年12月5日獲委任為運輸及物流局局長。
陳女士在1989年加入政府，任職政務主任。她曾在多個決策局及部門服務，近年的職位包括於2012年7月至2016年7月出任財經事務及庫務局副秘書長（庫務），於2016年8月至2017年10月出任財經事務及庫務局副秘書長（財經事務），於2017年10月至2020年7月出任運輸署署長，以及於2020年8月至2024年12月出任運輸及物流局常任秘書長（前稱運輸及房屋局常任秘書長（運輸））。

Ms Mable Chan was appointed the Secretary for Transport and Logistics on 5 December 2024.
Ms Chan joined the Government as an Administrative Officer in 1989. She has served in various bureaux and departments. Her recent postings included Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Treasury) from July 2012 to July 2016, Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services) from August 2016 to October 2017, Commissioner for Transport from October 2017 to July 2020 and Permanent Secretary for Transport and Logistics (formerly named Permanent Secretary for Transport and Housing (Transport)) from August 2020 to December 2024.

 

Nicolas Brown

Nicholas Brown started his shipping career in 1991 in Hong Kong with the Wallem Group. After initial years focused on ship operations and ship investment activities, Nick focused on policy and public affairs roles promoting and protecting shipping industry interests. He has worked in marine classification for nearly two decades. In 2016, he joined Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification.

 

Gerrit Bunt

Gerrit Bunt’s expertise lies in ship operations and fleet management, with extensive practical, design, and theoretical experience in emerging fuels like LNG, methanol, and ammonia, as well as in digitalization, including the design, testing, and operation of technical simulations and digital twins. 
With 20 years of experience at sea, holding both chief engineer and master’s licenses, Gerrit has spent 13 years in ship and fleet management for owners. Additionally, he has five years of experience developing and reviewing operational standards and designs for decarbonization systems, including new energy systems across various vessel types.
In the past two years, he has focused on building his business development expertise to facilitate the implementation of new technologies, with the goal of enhancing compliance within today’s increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

陸恭蕙教授是香港科技大學環境研究所的首席發展策略師。此前，她曾擔任香港特別行政區政府行政長官辦公室中國生態文明的特別顧問（2019-2020）;以及香港特別行政區政府環境局副局長（2012-2017）。她曾擔任獨立的非牟利公共政策智庫思匯的首席執行官（2000-2012 年）。在此之前，陸教授曾于1992年首次獲委任為香港立法會議員，其後于1995年及1998年當選。此前，她在私營商業部門從事商品交易 14 年。目前，她是 New Forests Pty Limited、Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited 和 Global Maritime Forum 的董事。她也是香港綠色金融協會的創始顧問。

Prof. Christine Loh is the Chief Development Strategist at the Institute for the Environment, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Previously, she held the positions of Special Consultant to the Office of the Chief Executive of the HKSAR Government on the Mainland’s ecological civilization (2019-2020); and Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-2017). She was the CEO of Civic Exchange, an independent non-profit public policy think tank (2000-2012). Before that, Prof. Loh served as a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council, first appointed in 1992 and later elected in 1995 and 1998. Earlier, she spent 14 years in the private commercial sector in commodities trading. Currently, she is a Director of New Forests Pty Limited, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and Global Maritime Forum. She is also a founding Advisor to Hong Kong Green Finance Association.

 

Enrico Beccaceci
意大利船級社亞太地區商業管理執行董事

Enrico Beccaceci is the Executive Director of Commercial Management for the Asia Pacific Region, based permanently in Jakarta, Indonesia since 2022. In his role, Enrico leads the development and execution of commercial services across Asia Pacific countries, working in full synergy with other business units within RINA. He plays a key strategic role in driving the company’s growth and expansion in the region. Enrico holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with honors (2007) and joined RINA in 2018. He is also actively engaged in the hydrogen and CCUS sectors, regularly attending related conferences and participating in industry-focused associations.

Alex Gregg-Smith

自2021年1月1日起，Alex Gregg-Smith被任命為BV集團高級副總裁，必維船級社北亞暨中國區總裁，總部位於上海。自2024年7月1日起，被任命為BV集團高級副總裁，必維船級社亞太暨中國區總裁。Alex於1993年在必維集團開始了他的職業生涯並工作了15年。在此期間，他曾在英國，法國和非洲擔任審圖檢驗員，海事中心驗船師，中東和遠東運營經理助理，東部和南部非洲區域海事經理。在BV任職期間，Alex獲得了驗船師、ISM、ISM和ISO首席審核員的認證資格。他之後在DNV工作了3年，擔任倫敦海事服務中心經理。在Siem Shipping工作了9年，擔任技術副總裁，管理整個船隊。在過去的4年裡，他還在德國FSG船廠擔任首席執行官20個月。Alex擁有紐卡斯爾大學造船與海洋工程碩士學位和海事法碩士學位。他是皇家造船學會（F.RINA）的註冊工程師和研究員。

Since 1st January 2021, Alex Gregg-Smith has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Executive for Marine & Offshore North Asia Zone and China, based in Shanghai. Since 1st July 2024, he has been promoted as Senior Vice President Marine & Offshore Asia Pacific (APA), Chief Executive for BV Marine & Offshore China.
Alex started his career in Bureau Veritas in 1993 where he spent over 15 years. During this time, he served as a Plan Approval Surveyor, Marine Centre Surveyor, Assistant to Operations Manager for the Middle and Far East, and Regional Marine Manager for East and Southern Africa, based in the UK, France and Africa. During his time at BV, Alex qualified as a Surveyor, ISM, ISPS and ISO Lead Auditor.
He then spent 3 years at DNV as Manager of the London Maritime Service Centre.  Alex later spent 9 years at Siem Shipping as Vice President Technical, managing the whole owned fleet. He also acted as CEO for the owners of FSG shipyard in Germany for 20 months over the last 4 years.
Alex holds a M.Eng Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Masters of Law in Maritime Law.  He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects (F.RINA).

此外，趙先生為香港海事博物館基金會受託人、海運學會名譽會長、香港特區政府港口福利事務委員會主席，以及日本海事協會香港委員會成員。

Hing Chao is the Executive Chairman of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport, Co-founder and Chairman of the Hong Kong Chamber of Shipping, and a member of the Global Maritime Forum Advisory Council. In driving international and regional industry collaboration, Hing is the Chairman of Bureau Veritas Global Marine and Offshore Advisory Council and Chairman of RINA’s Asia Decarbonisation Committee. He is also a founder and convenor of the Greater Bay Maritime Forum and was appointed a committee member of the Consultative Committee on Guangdong-Hong Kong Co-operation (Guanghzhou Nansha). In addition, Hing is a trustee of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Honorary President of Institute of Seatransport, the Chairman of Port Welfare Committee of the Marine Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government, and a member of The Hong Kong Committee of Nippon Kaiji Kyokai.
On driving social impact, Hing steers corporate-school partnership programme to nurture future multidisciplinary maritime talents in Liaoning province, Shandong province, Shanghai and Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen and Guangzhou). He is also a member of the Maritime Services Training Board of the Vocational and Training Council in Hong Kong.

Sunny Wong is the Manager of Sustainability at Pacific Basin Shipping Limited, where he leads the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy. With 8 years of experience as a corporate sustainability practitioner, he possesses extensive experience in the shipping industry. Prior to joining Pacific Basin, he worked in the Corporate Strategy Development team at Orient Overseas Container Line Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and Technology and a Master’s degree in Corporate Environmental Governance.

Atul Dutt has diverse and extensive work experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Atul began his career at V.Ships, Bernhard Schulte Management in 1990, where he worked his way up from a Junior Officer to Captain. In 2004, he transitioned to CSAV Group (Hong Kong) Ltd, where he held various roles including Vessel Planning, Operations Manager, Intermodal, and Vice-President Operations & Logistics.

In 2013, Atul joined ZIM Integrated Shipping Services as the Director of Procurement APAC region. Later, he also took responsibility for Operations, Logistics, Intermodal & Procurement - Continent Africa. Atul's work experience showcases strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, logistics, intermodal, procurement, and management.

Atul attended Stanford university in 2011/2012 for Senior executive leadership program. In 2018, Atul obtained the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program certification. He is also a certified Shipbroker from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers London.

Freda Fung
Maritime Shipping Distinguished Fellow, ClimateWorks Foundation

Over the past decade, Freda has been serving as consultant for various international organizations to advance low/zero-emission shipping in Asia. Previously, Freda was a senior policy analyst at the International Council on Clean Transportation where her policy research supported the development and enforcement of air emission standards for vehicles and vessels. She was also an automotive analyst at Environmental Defense Fund leading research on vehicle greenhouse gas emissions regulations in the US.

Captain Zhou Jianfeng is the Managing Director of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings Limited. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1995 and has worked for Wah Kwong since then, initially as a deck officer on product tankers and later as deck officer and Master on several of the Wah Kwong ships including VLCC and LPG tankers. From October 2005, he was employed as a technical superintendent with Wah Kwong and subsequently promoted to Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and 2016 respectively. Captain Zhou holds a master’s degree in International Shipping and Logistics from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a member of the Marine Environment Committee of BIMCO.

楊先生，生於1975年，彼畢業於華中科技大學船舶與海洋工程專業，以及中歐國際工商學院EMBA。楊先生于1997年加入中集， 其后于2009年加入本集团。彼於2012年5月至2015年3月期間曾任本公司總經理助理，並於2015年4月至2017年10月期間出任本公司副總經理。彼於2017年10月27日獲委任為本公司執行董事兼總經理（由2023年1月1日起，「總經理」之職銜已變更為「總裁」，其職能及行政責任並無任何變更）。楊先生於2015年4月至2018年1月期間出任中集安瑞環科技股份有限公司（前稱南通中集罐式儲運設備製造有限公司，其股份於深圳證券交易所創業板上市）的總經理且現時為其董事長。彼自2019年起擔任中國集裝箱行業協會副理事長。彼於本公司若干附屬公司擔任董事,包括擔任中集安瑞醇科技股份有限公司(本公司附屬公司，其股份於全國中小企業股份轉讓系統掛牌)的董事長。

Mr. Yang, born in 1975, graduated in Huazhong University of Science and Technology (華中科技大學), majoring in vessel and marine engineering, and EMBA of China Europe International Business School. Mr. Yang joined CIMC in 1997, and subsequently joined the Group in 2009. He served as assistant to general manager of the Company from May 2012 to March 2015 and served as deputy general manager of the Company from April 2015 to October 2017. He was appointed as the Executive Director and the general manager of the Company on 27 October 2017 (the title of “General Manager” has been changed to “President” with effect from 1 January 2023 without any changes to his functions or executive responsibilities). He served as general manager from April 2015 to January 2018 and is currently the chairman of the board of 中集安瑞環科技股份有限公司 CIMC Safeway Technologies Co., Ltd* (formerly known as 南通中集罐式儲運設備製造有限公司, shares of which are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange). He has been the vice president of China Container Industry Association since 2019. He holds directorships in certain subsidiaries of the Company, including serving as the chairman of the board of CIMC Liquid Process Technologies Co., Ltd. (中集安瑞醇科技股份有限公司) (a subsidiary of the Company quoted on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations).

魏昭，男，2006年毕业于华中科技大学热能与动力工程专业。在造船厂技术部门有着15年的工作经历，期间开发和设计了多艘典型的LNG燃料船和气体运输船，在气体领域积累了丰富的经验。 2021年初加入意大利船级社，致力于推广新技术在船舶减碳和替代新燃料领域的应用，与船舶业内相关方开展了大量的合作，并取得了大量新船型和新产品的合作开发项目。

WEI Zhao, male, educated from the major of engineering of energy and power in 2006, from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has developed many typical LNG fueled ships and gas carriers during past 15 years’ working experience in shipyard technical department, accumulated rich experience in gas field. He joined RINA as expert on marine innovative fuels since beginning of 2021, being committed to promoting new technology application on shipping decarbonization and innovative fuels, achieved lots of good cooperations and R&D projects with many involved stakeholders in shipping sector.

Leah spreadheads stakeholder engagement efforts, focusing on aligning the shipping decarbonization with C40 mission. With over a decade of experience in infrastructure and sustainable projects, Leah is adept at navigating the complexities of project identification, development, financing, and stakeholder collaboration, making her a valuable asset in the transition to greener shipping practice. CHEN Jiajing is a PhD student in the Division of Environment and Sustainability (ENVR) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Dr Kenneth LEUNG is the Director of Sustainability/Net-Zero Office at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining the university, he was the Principal Assistant Secretary (Air Policy) at the Environment and Ecology Bureau and Assistant Director (Air Policy) at the Environmental Protection Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Dr Leung was responsible for the promotion of electric vehicles, trial of electric ferries, and formulation of policies relating to the usage of hydrogen and green marine fuels in Hong Kong.
Dr Leung obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London and has expertise in combustion science, air quality management, environmental impact assessment, policy formulation relating to climate change, electric vehicles and new energy applications.

Mr. QIN Aohan, Technical Manager of China Classification Society Overseas Technology Center, graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a CCS leading expert on shipping decarbonization and alternative fuels. Currently, he is the project leader of the ongoing ISO Standard 22120 - Specification for Bunkering of Methanol Fuelled Vessels, and the IACS representative to IMO MSC CG on Regulatory Framework for Ships Using New Technologies and Alternative Fuels.

 

Andrew C Bridson

Andrew’s responsibilities cover Strategy, business development and project development of various decarbonizing pathway technologies for the Marine sector including Hydrogen, Green and Low Carbon Fuels, Electrification & Shore Power as well as development of LNG / Gas to Power Infrastructure.
Prior recent experience as the Commercial and Project lead for Hong Kong's Offshore LNG import terminal, the largest FSRU terminal in the industry. Andrew’s responsibilities included the sourcing and development of the FSRU, Marine Infrastructure elements including liaison with the Hong Kong Govt authorities, LNG bunkering and LNG Carrier aspects of the project on behalf of CLP and Hong Kong Electric.
Andrew is an experienced Business Strategy and Project Developer in the Energy and Marine Capital Project sectors with direct experience in Asia, Africa, EMEA and US covering a range of marine infrastructure developments for related to the Energy Transition.
Andrew started his career at sea as Merchant Navy Officer, having sailed on Dangerous Goods vessels including various Oil Products and LNG and has worked Offshore in E&P in the Middle East. Andrew has an MBA in International Business, with a focus on Geopolitics and Energy Security and a B.Sc. Hons in Nautical Science.

Jan-Paul de Wilde has been in the marine industry for some 29 years of which the last 24 years based in Singapore.
He is a naval architect by training and spent most of his career in ship design with Rolls-Royce Marine and Kongsberg Maritime, prior to joining RINA in 2021.
Jan-Paul previously held positions in project management, project engineering, ship repair management and owner’s representation in the Netherlands, Norway, and Singapore.
In RINA, he is part of the marine business and responsible for technical and regulatory advisory on maritime decarbonisation, the transition to alternative energy and the associated innovation.

Deepak is the General Manager of Green Fuels at Wah Kwong, previously as Director - Low Carbon Market Development in Methanex.
In Methanex, Deepak had built a dynamic team promoting and commercializing Methanol as a Low carbon and Green Fuel, especially as a Marine fuel, working with Global Shipping companies, OEMs, Port Authorities, Classification societies, Industry associations and other key stakeholders leading to the establishment of a 10-million-ton market for methanol as shipping fuel.
After graduating with from HKUST/ University of Berkley, with a MBA degree, Deepak had spent his career with Methanex leading Marketing in Asia and Globally, followed by Business Development in Asia/China, and then as the Director of Operations and Logistics Asia, before assuming the current role.
Deepak is passionate about ESG - Transition to low carbon economy, Decarbonisation and Sustainability. From May 2024, he is pursuing the Sustainable Leadership Program for Senior Executives at INSEAD, exploring Sustainability as a Strategic opportunity.

Zhao Liu is the Pre-sales technical manager of RINA certification, responsible for the research of EU carbon related policies, standards, and certification schemes. She joined RINA in 2024, and based in Beijing. She has more than 24 years of research experience in energy saving and renewable energy, had participated in the compilation of many zero-carbon technical standards and research reports on renewable energy in transport sector. She is committed to promoting the green and sustainable transformation of society and the development of renewable energy. Now she is working primarily on biofuels, renewable fuels of non-biological origin and recycled carbon fuels, especially sustainable fuels for SMF and SAF.

Darrick Pang is the Managing Director of Metcore International Pte Ltd, a leading conformity assessment body in the marine bunkering. He founded Metcore in 2013 to provide independent and trusted expertise in complete fuel measurement solutions for the bunkering industry. With over 30 years of experience in supply chain, technical, and operational roles at a major international oil and gas company, Darrick is a recognized pioneer in oil loss management and the introduction of mass flow metering (MFM) systems in Singapore’s bunkering sector. His contributions were instrumental in MFM systems which is mandated in Singapore since 2017, setting a global benchmark for bunkering transparency and efficiency.
Darrick’s exceptional work in fuel measurement and metrology has earned him multiple industry merits. The latest is Quality & Standards Commendation Award – Singapore Standards Council & Enterprise Singapore (2019). He plays a pivotal role in the development of global bunkering standards, e.g. SS648 (bunker MFM standard), ISO/TC 28/SC 2/WG 13 (Marine Bunkering), ISO 22192:2021 & ISO 21562:2020 on MFM system requirements and shipboard fuel measurement. Darrick is a member of SSA Marine Fuels and Energy Committee, InterTanko’s Bunker Sub-Committee IBIA’s Bunker Licensing & MFM Workgroup.

張曉曦船長於 1990 年加入華光，成為一名見習生，在接下來的 17 年裡，他在各種類型的船舶上工作，在此期間，他從見習生晉陞為船長。2007年，張船長被調到香港華光辦事處擔任海事主管。他後來成為一名技術主管並領導機組人員培訓。隨著公司的擴張，張船長於 2011 年晉陞為船隊經理，專門從事油輪業務，並於 2015 年晉陞為船舶管理副總經理，負責華光所有船舶管理活動的日常技術運營。2021年，張船長被任命為總經理，負責監督集團在香港和深圳的船舶管理團隊。

Captain Zhang Xiaoxi joined Wah Kwong as a cadet in 1990 and over the next 17 years worked on various types of ships during which period he was elevated from cadet to captain. In 2007, Captain Zhang was transferred to the Wah Kwong office in Hong Kong as a marine superintendent. He later became a technical superintendent and led crew training. With the company’s expansion, Captain Zhang was promoted to fleet manager in 2011 specialising in tankers and in 2015, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager of ship management with responsibility for day-to-day technical operations across all of Wah Kwong’s ship management activities. In 2021, Capt. Zhang was appointed General Manager overseeing the group's ship management teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
